Clementine St.

You can hardly call this a remodel; originally this was a 2 bedroom 1 bath 1000 square foot, 50 year old home. It's been transformed into a magnificent 4 bedroom 3 baths, 3000 square foot masterpiece. This house practically defines curb appeal. The combination of the stone wainscot and the dark stucco complement each other perfectly. Even though this is a two story, the second story is offset so the height of the second floor is less alarming. As you enter the spiral staircase is simply amazing. The combination of the wood and stainless railing is quite outrageous. The kitchen features stainless appliances, sub zero refrigerator, double oven, and a high volume cook top.

Simple clean lines played a vital part in the design of this home. Knee braces accent the gable roof to give this a craftsman type detail.

The Marvin windows and doors also added great value to this remodel. Along with adding on 1000 square feet, the floor plan was completely revised to give the home a fresh new look.

South Oceanside Bungalow

This small bungalow home was built in the 1950's, small rooms, 8' flat ceiling, quite small for today's standards. The ceiling was raised along with adding a large dormer and a arched window. This unique design, gave this small home a much larger appearance than it really  is. The tongue and groove wood ceiling was sandblasted and stained to give the ceiling a rich and beautiful look.
